Special Risks Group is a Loss Adjusting company, owned by the management, that can trace its roots to Redfern & Ticehurst, a city based niche firm, established to service Underwriters in 1980.

In 1996, the business moved to Croydon and Special Risks has now developed as a provider of Commercial Combined Adjusting Services from our three office centres including Birmingham and Manchester.

Our experienced adjusting staff and specialist claims professionals provide, we believe, unrivalled levels of service in the investigation and resolution of claims.

Whilst the core of our business remains in traditional Loss Adjusting disciplines, we can also provide bespoke claim handling procedures, complemented by personal interaction and system support.

Implementation of a Desktop Claims Management resource and ability to act under Delegated Authority Agreements ensures a standard of service that is making a difference in a competitive market place.
